Dan Lipinski, one of the last pro-life Democrats to serve in Congress, calls on the pro-life movement to come together on federal legislation that limits abortion and supports pregnant women and their children.

More employers are promising to cover the costs of getting an abortion. They do not seem as eager to to expand paid parental leave and other benefits for workers who want children.

The March for Life will take place Jan. 20, but the Washington archdiocese has canceled the Youth Rally and Mass for Life, which have taken place ahead of every march for more than 25 years.

If nothing changes, we should expect abortion-related referenda in all but the deepest conservative states to produce results similar to what we saw Tuesday night.
